16. Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Orders are shipped via DHL, GLS and USPS.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination country.
  • Products are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.
  • A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
  • Delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on location and customs.
  • Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) will not include the 22% Slovenian VAT.
  • Orders shipped within the EU will include the 22% Slovenian VAT
