Warranty & Returns
Haldor Watches are covered by a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased from an authorized Haldor Watches dealer and is accompanied by a valid warranty card and proof of purchase.
Within two years from the date of purchase, Haldor Watches will repair or replace the movement of your watch free of charge if the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, or misuse.
- Any alteration, service, or repair performed by any party other than Haldor Watches.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your watch/product, you have up to 15 days to return it in brand-new condition and receive a replacement or full refund. The product must be returned in mint condition, with no damages, scratches, or signs of usage.
Return shipping will be covered by the buyer, unless the product is defective, of which shipping will be covered by us. Please contact us before initiating a return.
We do not accept returns for watches that show signs of wear or use.
