Shipping and Taxes

Orders are shipped from Slovenia (European Union) via DHL, GLS, and USPS. The available shipping options will be displayed based on the product and destination country. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, order value, and destination country.

We process and ship all orders within 2 business days after receiving payment. All our orders are shipped with insurance and include a tracking number for your convenience. You will receive the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), the 22% Slovenian VAT will not be applied. 

The prices on our website are displayed with VAT included for customers within the European Union. Customers within the EU are not subject to any import taxes. If you select a country outside the EU, prices will be displayed excluding VAT.
