Delivery
We offer free worldwide delivery for all orders over 200,00€. All orders made from countries outside the European Union are shipped with DHL Express. Orders made from countries within the European Union are shipped with GLS Express. The parcels are fully insured and trackable. In case the parcel is lost, you will get a full refund or a replacement. If the order is made outside the European Union, the price of the product is VAT free.
Warranty
Haldor Watches are covered by a 2 years guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty isn't valid if the watch was not purchased from an authorized Haldor Watches dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card and proof of purchase. Haldor Watches will, within two years from the date of purchase, repair or replace the movement of your watch free of charge if the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.The warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Haldor watches.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your watch/product, you have up to 15 days to return it in box-fresh condition, and receive a replacement or full refund by return in a mint condition (no damages, scratches,...).
